Here are some more pictures of the gift for my inlaws.
I used the Gothic Arches border punch by Martha Stewart for the edging and I covered the empty space with a paper strip.
The flowers are from Paper Studio & Heidi Swapp and the ribbons are from many different companies.
All of the embellishments that I used are also part of K & Company's Que Sera Sera line as well. I used stitched pieces, 3D pieces and their die cut cards for this album.

Gift for my inlaws
As promised ...
This is the front of the gift I made for my inlaws for their 50th wedding anniversary.
I used K & Company's Que Sera Sera line for this project. I think this line is gorgeous!
I love this quote and thought it was fitting to start with it.
I made this as a mini book that also acts as a card from all of us.
Behind each person's picture will be what thoughts and such they would like my inlaws to know.
I will post a few more pictures in a couple of days so please make sure you stop back by.

"Not All It's Cracked Up To Be"
This is another project I made for Jessilala for GIBBS on the Cricut MB. The reason I chose this for this project day is because the book wasn't totally finished off. I left the inserts plain for Jessilala to decorate to her taste.
Here is a close up of the front:
The pages are plain old lunch bags. I used Bo-Bunny patterned papers & cut outs, Bazzill cardstock, Prima flowers, Paper Studio brads, a Martha Stewart border punch, a Mocha Mama Powderpuffs chalk pad by Quick Quotes, a Stardust pen and many different ribbons.

"Time Flies By"
This is a calendar I made for Jessilala. I bought the blank tent calendar from Hobby Lobby a couple of years ago and finally made myself use it. I even have another one to play with. :D
I'm going to show you January through June in this post and show July to December in another post in a few days.
I used my Cricut and Designer's Calendar cartridge to cut out the months and the days of the week.
January >>> Around the Block patterned papers, Michaels $1 bin bling and a VersaMagic chalk pad (don't remember which color tho)
February >>> KI Memories patterned papers and a charcoal Cat's Eye chalk pad
March >>> Reminisce patterned papers
April >>> We R Memory Keepers patterned papers
May >>> We R Memory Keepers patterned papers, Prima flowers and skittles
June >>> Pink Paislee patterned papers, Michaels $1 bin bling
Remember to come back in a few days to see July through August.
Thanks for looking!

"You're Such a Blockhead Charlie Brown"
This is the project I came up with for the GIBBS Round 3 Swap on the Cricut Messageboard.
I used the same color scheme for my partner, Jessilala, that I used for the boxes.
I did a whitewash on the blocks after I sanded them down.
I used my Cricut and Nursery Rhyme cartridge to cut the letters from plum cardstock. I then coated the blocks with Mod Podge and used glitter glue from Creative Imaginations to outline each side of the blocks.
